What is the required amount of potassium intake for a visible/effective debloat? Wondering how I can implement this into my diet with the least difficulty.

Depends on the person, usually like anywhere from a 1:4 to 1:2 potassium to sodium ration is where u see the most benefits with diminishing returns after. Try like a week with different ratios and see what happens

Like I said depends on the person retard. If you eat close to no sodium then you need close to no potassium. But if you have a bunch you need more. Track your sodium and potassium loosely and come up with a ration which should range from 1:4-1:2. If you can’t do something as simple as this then hop off the forum
