Potassium citrate has more potassium than potassium gluconate.

  • Potassium citrate: ~36-38% elemental potassium
  • Potassium gluconate: ~16-18% elemental potassium
This means you get more potassium per gram from potassium citrate.

you should get the not salt, its pretty good it tastes almost like salt.
I would buy gluconate if your taking pills the concentration doesn't mean shit
and if your going to be taking it everyday don't even bother and throw that shit away, only take it the days leading up to special occasions or a small dose if your supplementing large amounts of calcium
