Does potassium actually reduce water retention in the face, and will taking potassium pills actually work or will I need to eat actual foods with potassium, like spinach and bananas. I know food is better but sometimes you would rather just take a pill aswell as eating the foods.

Depends.
If you have high estrogen then potassium won't do it.

Dandelion root works. But you should definitely check your estrogen levels

im from uk and ive got to have a proper reason to get it done? Should I say I am depressed and want to test my testosterone levels and then get my estrogen aswell?

Because you have the NHS, no idea how you guys do stuff over there, especially post Brexit. You could google the symptoms of high Estrogen and claim you're exhibiting some of those. Depending on your doctor/healthcare system, you might just be able to ask for blood work to be done just because you want it done.
Just an FYI, T test and E tests aren't the same thing, and there's more than one way to test T and E levels.

So its not just a standard blood test? my general practitioner is a bastard, he would barely even refer me to a dermatologist back when I was acne ridden.

Yeah, I just checked, there's no "standard" blood test for T and E levels. Different labs, or different parts of a blood lab usually handle the orders. If you want both tests done, you'd usually give two vials of blood, which will be marked separately.

might go in and talk about depression, and other symptoms of low t, then ask for blood tests for t and e maybe.

Dandelion root extract and high water intake would work better and will reduce levels of vasopressin (ADH) in your body. But if you're a high estrogen fatty, don't even bother. Lose fat first.

High estrogen is fat, so if im not fat, or not skinny fat I most likely am not high e?

And stop using MK677 if you are, and don't use a SERM or AI to try lower your estrogen - that's just unneeded and silly.

Not using MK677. Supplementing D3, k2, vit c, ashwaghanda. thinking of adding: magnesium, zinc, dandellion root

If you're in shape and just trying to reduce bloat and water retention, yeah, I'd recommend what I previously posted in addition to lots of exercise.

It does. When I fasted and tried snake juice, I added a ton of K without even knowing and ended up shitting a fuckton of water. I did feel like shit after so you better get that water back

and reducing sodium

Dandelion will help you the most. The taraxacum officinale drops make you pee ALOT. Bottles of water go straight through you. The ashwaghanda should help prevent bloat too. Zinc and magnesium won't do much if you want to reduce bloat but they're good to take for other reasons
Do you just want to hold less water forever, or are you trying to lose a lot of water for one specific event? If you just want to hold less water then I'd advise you just drink more water. If you want to lose water for an event, you could try a prescription diuretic or an enema. Taraxacum/Dandelion is really good as a herbal diuretic so regardless I think you should start taking that.

Yeah I just want to reduce my water retention in my face as much as possible for as long as possible. Is it safe to use the dandelion root supplement capsules or waterever long term? or is it safer to use it on cycles

Potassium and Sodium don't have a totally reciprocal relationship like that. Taking potassium pills won't reduce your sodium levels greatly. Consciously eating less foods with sodium would help better than taking extra potassium.

Yeah I guess thats going to take number 1 priority for reducing bloat. going to supplement dandelion root tho

Long term is fine. I used a liquid form of taraxacum officinale (mixed with some benzyl alcohol type solution) and just took a few drops or a swig out of the bottle when drinking 6L+ water daily. It might get a bit expensive if you want to do it forever, but it'll sure drop your ADH levels.

I only have experience with the dandelion root I linked. Others could work well too but It's best to take it in it's purest form without other stuff mixed in. So just taraxacum officinale
So how do you dose it? Do you just take a drop of it in water daily or something similar. Also how much do you dose daily and when do you dose.

Drink a few energy drinks or take caffeine supplements. At doses over 250mg, the level of Theobromine (Caffeine gets converted into 12% Theobromine by the liver) will rise in your bloodstream (obviously, but I mean that in lower doses it does not have such a strong effect, e.g. one cup of coffee). Theobromine has a diuretic effect if I'm not mistaken (It's one of the other 2 if not Theobromine, not sure 100%).

Down them throughout a day while eating low sodium and low carb and you will be lean by night time

Symptoms of high estrogen in men include:

  • Infertility. Estrogen is partly responsible for creating healthy sperm. When estrogen levels are high, sperm levels may fall and lead to fertility issues.
  • Gynecomastia. Estrogen may stimulate breast tissue growth. Men with too much estrogen may develop gynecomastia, a condition which leads to larger breasts.
  • Erectile dysfunction (ED). Men with high levels of estrogen may have difficulty getting or maintaining an erection.
I could go on webmd and diagnose my self with dozens of terminal illnesses.

Blood tests or bust tbh ngl
