potential cycle for maximizing growth pathways

6 months on mk677 [ easily obtained via chemyo, im not spending 200$ for hgh ]

25mg/day + side mitigation > expected 70% increase in igf-1 if sleep is completely dialed
1-2in growth contribution

ill also be gymcelling [low volume high intensity U/L] for the potential hormone benefits, and avoiding sedentary lifestyle mitigates the sides of mk in some mechanisms

obviously diet, adequate sleep, and all conceivable pathways are maximized.
the controlled elevation of igf1 will also contribute to facial bone growth, midface mandible and browridge all respond to igf signals. (it will be insiginficant and maximized with second protocol)

protocol 2 would be an some androgenic compound like LGD-4033 or traditional test but ill cross that boat when i get there.
[facial bones + clavicles will still be open for androgenic activity, but ill wait until plates are fused]

ik people are gonna say mk is cope and only useful for bulking, but its the only oral gh secretogouge with potential and appears to have solid adverse effects.

im alr taking 600mg calcium 2-3x / day + some dairy products
4000 iu d3, + 125k2
400mg glycinate (sleep, also aids bones and mitigates blood glucose risks from mk)
- shit ton of red meat, animal products in general
misc:
- l theanine and ashwaganda for neurological benefits + cortisol mitigation, and caffeine for mental focus and gym performace/

if anyone has actual critiques or compounds to recommend im all ears.

Ashwaganda is trash there’s research that suggests it reduces testosterone

I’ve been taking cjc no dac and ipa for 5 weeks my parents just told me my facial bones appear to be growing!? I’m 19. And also lift.
