I've ordered accutane after a lot of debating if i should from some poopjeet site, and I plan to run 10mg/4 months for my very mild acne. The evidence isn't very conclusive on stunting growth or bone development but there is a lot of theories about it harming bone development and causing osteoporosis, im 5'7.5 at 15 and can't afford to fucking stunt my height this early but im already ugly as fuck so even a tiny bit of acne can bring me down to subhuman levels so i need to have completely clear skin.

I'm also on mk to combat any potential gh/igf1 reduction on accutane, I've heard vitamin b12 and folate can help break down a metabolite of accutane that has potential negative effects on bones

ur 15 bro u shouldnt even be thinking about accutane, its a last resort

“very mild acne”💔
yeah but as i mentioned i need to have completely clear skin to even be confident enough to go places. even 1 pimple will bring me to subhuman

i feel that

you can have clear skin without accutane, ur 15 acne is normal, also in prime developmental years so its best not to.

i really can't most topical skincare is cope, diet is the only thing that works for me but its literally so hard to sustain, i will probably stunt my growth through malnutrition if i only eat clean foods cause i dont have a lot of that lmao

clean foods does not equal malnutrition

clean foods mean animal products, but again if u dont have a lot of that i dont know what to tell you.

your 15, your diet, skincare routine, and habits overall can be perfect but you can still get acne due to hormonal changes, just dont stress it bro ur fine.

no of course, clean foods are great. i mean eating clean is expensive so if I only eat clean foods in my house than it wont be a lot.
i've found my skin clears up completely when I literally only eat meat, eggs, and fucking fruit. no grains/added sugar/ processed food, its just unsustainable
