Ok I read somewhere that dinosaurs were able to get as big as they were due to having 50% more oxygen in the atmosphere. The theory is using an oxygen tank during development while sleeping that has a greater concentration of oxygen than the atmosphere. Anyone have any reason this wouldn’t work?

To get a higher concentration of o2 than that is atmospheric to test the theory that higher amounts of oxygen leads to bigger organisms. Pretty simple

humans evolved in the 21% oxygen level, our bodies aren't adapted to get any additional use out of the excess oxygen and you could get oxygen toxicity and reduce your lifespan due to more oxidative stress.

fish and insects would get bigger, humans would just reduce their lifespan
