Given your parents heights and the fact that you’re already 5'9" at 14, you’re tracking right around 5'10"–6'0" as an adult, maybe a bit more if you still have growing left. Even if you had an early growth spurt, most guys still get a couple more inches through their mid teen years, so you’re definitely in a good spot height-wise.
