Firstly there is no standardized definition for potential
you can say its defined as the best possible looks you can achieve but theres so many surgeries that you could do to ascend past any label someone gives you (if you survive them ofc) and how does one look at someone and determine "potential" especially when someone is LTN, you would have to point out the failos and see how to fix them and then determine which ones are fixable and then assigning a tier to what the failo-less version would look like but most failos are fixable with surgery so theoretically everyones potential can be CL+ with enough surgery?
theres a reason why only normies and greys say some bs like "LTN with HTN potential"
however potential is still a thing i don't think it can be labelled/measured though
probably low iq ramble
