Potential lip lift result

Hey guys

Basically I am tired of being a philtrumcel. I truly decided to make a lip lift surgery. My upper lip is thin as hell making my philtrum look too long (~16-17mm) and uncanny. The plan is to shorten it by ~3mm and avoid super drastic changes in philtrum. As you can see the after looks way more harmonious (~1:2 ratio)

yeah, i plan on getting a chin filler, I opt for it since it is low risk/high reward and fillers in this area are not that prone to migration and other issues.
