Is this everything I can (and for most already) do to help unlock the little potential I have left. I am 5' 8" 127 lbs and would rate around lmtn-mmtn (if u think differently let me know)

Skin care
Peptides for skin maybe color
Gym max
Eating more but healthier
Simple grooming (doing hair, brushing teeth, trimming eyebrows, and shaving)
Haircut (Im getting one on Wednesday if any recommendations plz lmk)
I feel like (besides cosmetics) this is pretty much it if anyone has anything else in mind for something I can do please put it down.
