Have myopia

You can ascend without traveling to the west, especially since it's almost impossible to make enough money to get quality surgery in europe or usa. And also the surgeons in the west specialize in white people. Way more affordable and better options for you in lebanon, india, etc

Bro dont get surgery thats stupid. Just grow ur hair out like dreads or smth, get tattoos, improve ur diet so ur skin glows, and then maybe look into rosemary and caster oil for ur eyebrow, and volufiline for upper and lower eyes. And most of all put on muscle, 60kg at 6' is tiny you should be atleast 70
