1)take fin in combination with high dose trt, the increased androgen signaling from higher T will mitigate the loss of libido from DHT.
2)supposedly fin stops morning wood and nocturnal erections which are incredibly important for penile health if left untreated could eventually lead to fibrosis in the penis which will cause weaker erections the best plan to mitigate this is penis pumping weekly and daily low dose Cialis daily
3)regrowth is 100x harder than maintenance if you stick with fin even before any noticeable hair loss you will probs not need to use dutasteride which has been shown to have a lot more mental sides like depression due to suppression of neurosteroids or oral minox which can easily kill you
4) DHT actually decreases with age yet most men start losing hair past 30 this is most likely due to less blood flow and your body being overall less healthy i suspect that once we get to like 40 years old finasteride is going to be useless or otherwise very inefficient at this point we can stop the drug and use low dose GH for better skin and hair health combined with a hair transplant/ hair cloning or whatever is available by that point (i'd be very surprised if we don't cure hairloss in the next 20 years)

Better than this is taking hcg and progesterone as it will not shut down your endogenous production of testosterone. Also hopefully soon there will be a non systemic topical anti androgen out, to make it so you do not have to take finasteride in the first place.

no for a lot of reasons I have experience with HT and can promise you that without medication you will 100% get a bad result
HT is for people that are below a NW3-4 after that point it will be impossible to have decent density even after numerous surgeries and ruined donor area. not only this but it is also an expensive surgery that only a handful of clinics around the ENTIRE world are adept with, most others will give you 50% growth optimistically. don't even think of going to turkey.
sad to say but taking drugs like fin are the closest thing we have to a cure

it already exists its called RU58841.
the molecular weight of fin and dut is low enough that you can still take it topically as well but will probs be systemic but maybe not as much as oral

Keeping an eye on hormones, like estrogen is important too. In some cases you might have to take an AI.
