Keep in mind though, all of these are fraudable, some less some more. And even if you still have them, you will still have potential because you can always have other positive traits to overweight the negatives.

Yes. All dependent on your base. If your base is already good/average, you have irl HTN potential. Or if you have some strong features plus 1 or 2 fixable failos you can ascend in looks easily. Just glance in the mirror and you can gauge your potential.
