Hey Guys,

If you were to bulk and increase muscle mass while maintaining a bf % 7-10 how much can this potentially increase your PSL. Essentially, my question is how much can gymmaxing increase your perceived attractiveness / PSL rating hypothetically.
 
It depends on frame and height.
The better those two, the more gymcelling helps

gymcelling also change fat distribution especially on face if you have less superior gene, less fat will stay on your face

7% would make your face look lean af which would be the biggest psl boost.
Muscle would improve it by 1 or 2 points I'd say.

I thought it was lean maxxing but my shitskin genetics had really high fat storage in my face at a normal bodyweight. I've gain 10 pounds but look super lean when I was skinny fat before. Dunno what happened tbh.

A better range would be 10-15% so you still see decent muscle gains but don’t lose too much facial definition
Cutting to <10% isn’t going to improve your facial definition by much anyway

I mean even if you were tall you would have diminishing returns from training much more than that. The key to maxxing your body is to look healthy and athletic, not massive and bloated. Just be big theory only works on low class hoodrats, and only if you're at least average height.

assuming you are very low bodyfat (leanmaxin), gymcelling increases more PSL in framecels who naturally have narrow shoulders, wide hips and pencil neck. (maybe +1.5)
in men who naturally have a good frame the PSL gain is less. (maybe +1)

No, it's just that your appearance would benefit negligibly from it. You end up looking like the angry arab bouncer at the club I usually go to, foids will talk shit and say you have a Napoleon complex. Better to run cute short boy game.

I'd argue that if your frame is bad in that you have narrow shoulders then you'll benefit more from gymcelling, assuming your hips are also fairly narrow.

If your shoulders are already naturally broad you don't have as much to gain.

The better you frame the more you gain from it anyways.

Narrow bones+muscle= Average to above average frame(wideness)
Wide Bones+Muscle=God like frame

Had narrow shoulders before, now my shoulders tend to be broader than those with naturally broad shoulders who don't lift because my delts are huge. My shadow looks like I'm wearing shoulder pads.

This isn’t exactly true though, body matters less if you are a guy imo but ofc I can’t be sure about that... maybe it just seems that way because tits and ass are visible in clothing and usually a man’s body isn’t visible in clothing unless extremely muscular which most women don’t prefer. Also, a woman needs to have good genetics to have an attractive body whereas men can use roids or just train to get better proportions etc.
