Strongmanmaxxing/ powerlifting is good cope ngl, being able to lift heavy weight and be physically stronger then most males already feels good because when confronted by anyone you are more low inhib,

Now a lot of people that are viewing this thread will say it repulses women, the truth is it is repulsive but its not to attract women its just to cope in life and live it

legit feels good to lift people so easily when you need to rescuse them/ bring them someone without having much strength to use in general

you can tone it down at try to stay at 15% bf instead of 20% bf + , you dont need to be compeititve size or actually be strong strongman, you can just do the movements to be very physically strong for someone at 15% bf which is generally healthy for most males, the long term injuries pile on if you do it with wrong form simple

It attracts women

sure the quality may not be good but its mainly a personal cope you do as a hobby with friends or anyone with similar interests as you, i know a gym member who is 6'1 210lbs 15% bf that can lift very heavy for someone his size. he mostly did strongman training and i was geniuely shocked how solid his physique was for a strongman trainer ( he did lack upper chest, side delts, etc.) but overall he would appear to look like a natural gymcel lifter ( hes a 12 year natty lifter and was 32 at the time) he had serious dad strength ( he had kids).
