Lol, in my country politicians have their own state-sponsored luxury restaurants but the food is at very low prices. When the poor people eventually found out, they immediately swarmed them, so they changed the laws to keep them out, and made the restaurants kinda private, only politicians have access to them now(and still enjoy the ridiculous low prices), but private restaurants aren't really allowed for the rest of the population, so there are no cheap restaurants for the rich where the poor aren't allowed, this is a privilege that only politicians have here...
