that can practice and rot in the sofa the rest of the day

but if you do anything at all in work your imune system will go down and you'll get sick more often than not and need to stop training a lot of times when you're doing good

I hate it too stress on the body, lower imune system, getting sick all the time, sore enough to not even be able to walk or work properly or live properly
