When I used to put min 5% on my eyebrows for a year(actually i did 2 years, 1 on min 2% and another with min 5%)my face was more bloated than usual and dark circles were worse honestly, idk if I experienced this because I switched from 2% to 5 or because it was galenic. I am tempted to start min again because my eyebrows thinned a bit after I quit it a year ago(most gains are there) and also because I use tret now which boost min power but i'm not so sure.
