Ive always had fine asf hair so its hard to tell if its always been kinda thin in the back or if im getting cooked but the parts where its getting obvious are the temples the sides and a bit above the sides

As long as its patterned you should be good tbh as AGA can occur on the sides aswell

Im not really shedding many hairs (0-2 when running my hands through my hair). But like 30% of the hairs im shedding across the entire scalp and thin as fuck which means youre experiencing miniaturization

Basically some small bald spots around donnor area. But the biggest problems is that surgeons don't want to do HT because they say that even if can stop androgenic alopecia with fin, scarring alopecia could go nuts any moment and then I would look bad being bald with previous HT.
