I've already ascended a little in the past because I was literally a subhuman jfl but I want to have a real ascension because life is shit right now

What I will do :

- Grow hair and wavy perm (mod cut)
- Accutane
- Minox and castor oil on brows
- Castor oil, ordianary serum on lashes and dye them dark
- Retry hydrocortisone (it worked a bit but could be better)
- Train my neck
- Chew hardgum
- Improve my health (diet, sleep, sun…)
- Experiment with thumbpulling many times during the day even at school (autist)
- Hyoid exercises
