Is this a good way to grow bigger pecs? It gives a good pump, but idk if it's ideal for hypertrophy long-term. I don't do gym anymore. Just want to bring out chest a bit because it has always a lagging muscle group for me.
I could do heavy (up to 100 lbs per DB) press, but it's late evening and I don't want to wake the neighbors up.
