pregab and baclofen dont do shit for me

Ive tried 300-450 mg of pregab alongside 25-50 mg of baclofen and that didn't do shit other than make me feel dizzy asf and a little tired. Ive been experimenting for over months now and nothing is working, I put in propranalol and that didn't help, i even tried it alongside 0.5mg of xanax and that didn't do shit but make me feel even more tired.

My phenibut arrived so Im thinking abt hopping on that but i heard its even shittier than pregab so idk. Im thinking abt bumping to 600mg of pregab and 50mg of baclofen but that sounds kinda dangerous, i got a party tmrw so i need something to work

Well the phenibut I had wasn't great quality but it's the only option for me here in the UK. If you feel nothing with baclofen and pregab at this doses id start of with 1.5g and see how it feels. Make sure you take it on an empty stomach, this is crucial, and drink black coffee with it. The whole day just drink black coffee. Usually I'd take like 2.5g to 3g but again my one is shit quality. Good quality phenibut should take around 2 to 3 hours to start feeling effects and 5 hours for it to peak, and it lasts the whole day, and gives you an amazing sleep with an afterglow the next day as you'll still feel the phenibut even the next day. Only use it once a week or twice a week if you take lower doses, not sure if you've seen the subreddits of people describing how phenibut ruined their lives, but don't stress about it I never had an issue with being addicted, just use it sparingly to not loose the effect. The magic effect for me never came back but it still does lower my inhibition. I'm sure if I got a better quality phenibut I'd still have the magic effect. It genuinely was insane when it worked I remember having this drive to speak to every single person walking by me I could. I am very high inhib and can't socialise with anyone that well but the conversations I had that one time with phenibut were insane, I was a whole different person. Try it and see how it goes for you. It's weird because technically phenibut mimics both pregablin and baclofen but for me phenibut makes me a lot more sociable than being on 600mg of pregabalin and 100mg of baclofen which is quite a substantial dose. And when I first started using phenibut it was insane.

If you look on the quittingpheninut subreddits you'll see people doing crazy does like 20g per day for over 3 years or longer and they get withdrawals for like a week and are as good as new a few weeks after quitting.

Then theres labs that make a bunch of stuff but those greedy fucks charge 1000+ per gram,i assume it will become cheaper and more accessible as time goes

They don't work for everyone, I took 900mg pregabalin and 150mg baclofen 400mg modafinil and like 5 cups of black coffee once but again lowered inhibition but no willingness to socialise with girls.

how does the lowered Inhibition manifest then? And how does it compare to increased willingness to socialise? Like if you take said dose of pregabalin and baclofen how do you know if youre inhibition is lowered if youre still not willing to socialise?

You said you've taken pregab and baclofen before so 2g sounds like a good first dose, if you want a stronger and longer lasting effect, stagger the dose. So take like 500mg every 30 minutes, or something similar

Well, while you have a pack of Lyrica, try taking half a gram in the morning and evening. If that doesn't help, crush the tablet and mix it with water or, preferably, alcohol. Then inject it into a vein (it's much easier).

You should have some tolerance due to pregab and baclofen use, if it's Ur first time my advice would take 1.5g max see how u feel and try stagger a lot better l. My first time I took 1.5g at once wasn't bad but again my phenibut source isn't the best

The best I ever felt on it was when I took like 2.5 g staggering dose like 500mg every hour. Don't do this for Ur fist time. 1.5g is fine. If it's been like 3 hours since Ur last dose and u still don't feel any desirable effect take another 500mg.
