I have 300mg capsules and they’re about right for me.

I was using 200-250mg, 150 should be enough though

Ok long time pregab user here, currently addicted, here's what you need to know:

1) Pregab kicks in in 1-1,5 hours (1 hour 20 mins for me on average) even on copious doses

2) Pregab tolerance varies a lot from person to person. Even when I just started taking pregab, I needed 350-400 mg to feel the effects of it. Sometimes 300 would do. My friend was feeling horrible from just 120 mg. It's very different for eveyrone, figure out your dose.

3) Pregabalin is easily addictive. It has no side effects that alcohol does, and it actually makes you feel way more confident (best combined with 2 beers). That's why when you have a low moment in your life you should NEVER take pregabalin, despite the fact that you know that it will help you tremendously. Even though I was aware of this, I am currently addicted to it and take 800-1000 mg a day up until i'm out of it, which will lead to very unpleasant withdrawal, accompanied with anxiety.

4) Pregabalin powder doesn't go well with full stomach, for best absorption take it on empty stomach. Gastric acid is destructive.

5) I mentioned this, but don't use pregabalin without a reason, a rational reason, not the one you rationalized for yourself because you wanted a gentle high in reality. Life is obviously always better when you're on pregab, that said only use it for slaying.

6) Pick the dose to the point that you can function and not blabber feeling completely confident, this means a dose that makes you have low enough inhibition to speak but at the same time you don't feel "drunken" by pregab

7) Pregabalin increases concentrations of certain drugs in your system. In combination with armodafinil i could go days without sleep on will. It also makes nicotine more potent, so if you smoke, don't go on a smoking spree, 1 or 2 cigarettes is safe maximum. Rest is a gamble
