pregabalin is way more based than alcohol and weed which are two things you have no reason to ever do, they are huge net negatives overall, not to mention how bad they are on your health

there are two gaba receptors, A and B, A is what makes you intoxicated and B is what makes you low inhib, alcohol antagonises A much more than B which is why its suboptimal because even if it helps make you a bit lower inhib it also makes you drunk and retarded which is a bad combination with low inhib

pregabalin heavily favours the gaba B receptor which means it makes you much lower inhib without making you intoxicated, so you will still think properly and have control over your action while having no anxiety

pregabalin is way more based than alcohol and weed which are two things you have no reason to ever do, they are huge net negatives overall, not to mention how bad they are on your health

it can downregulate the receptors but you can avoid that by not using it frequently, take a few days off between each use, for example you can take it every friday when you go out, or potentially every friday and saturday (but if you do this you have to 100% make sure you dont use again that week, or ideally have a 2 week break) me personally i wouldnt use more than once a week
