like the fuck you mean a living being is growing inside someone elses stomach, that sounds like some crazy science experiment. How do people romanticize pregnancy?

It's a natural process and if you don't like it you're either mentally disturbed or low T

Does anyone actually romanticize pregnancy (as in having a big inflated tummy with a child in it)?

I think it's mainly having children in general, not the pregnancy

I‘m not talking about some obscure fetish, i mean why do people act like it‘s a beautiful thing, i find it scary to think about. Imagine you are growing another human being in your fucking stomach, i‘m not talking down on it, just saying it creeps me out

I do think it's a beautiful thing, but it's hard to put it down 'on paper' and explain why it's seemingly beautiful. I guess it just has to have something with biology and how our brains are wired.. plus, some people naturally want to have children more than others, which is why you maybe don't find it all that pleasing. For example, myself, my biggest goal in life is creating and supporting a big family, so normally i find pregnancy and having children romantic and beautiful.

That’s cool. I would be creeped out if i was a father. Maybe it‘s because i had a troubled family and therefore dont view family as something positive

Yeah of course, everyone has different views and experiences. I do (controversially) believe that every man should naturally crave a family, but it would be stupid to disagree that some men just don't feel like it. Many people that are deep into the "nature" sphere sevearly underestimate the impact on our brains that our upbringing has.

Me neither. I know all parents say how much they love their children, but you can clearly see it in their eyes that they regret having them (most of the time). Also even if they love their children they still suffer so much, especially when their kids enter puberty and stop being cute, then they bring nothing but depression to their parents unless they are blessed individuals who become rich or break generational courses

Most people are just pressured to have kids and they are no ready for that step .
