You know that pushing bowel movement you do when shitting or making yourself pee faster. Do that movement and keep it pushed for as long as you can. Just do them throughout the day and your pelvic floor muscles will become relaxed enabling you to last longer. I don't recommend doing kegels since it'll make your pelvic floor way too tense which will lead to nutting faster.
