Premature ejaculation is a misnomer when you think about it, the intended goal for a sex act, is to ejaculate, that is what nature intended, in fact the quicker the act is over and a female is impregnated, the more efficient that male is at reproducing, probably why fast ejaculaters are probably born, its likely a trait in some way that actually is a positive, but under the modern context of sex, its a negative, because sex today revolves around women, its about what women want
