No paraphrasing tool is going to change how AI types. Semicolons and em dashes are telltale.
You could do a very brief paraphrase without consideration for anything like grammar and then ask ChatGPT to fix the grammar/spelling without making any other changes, then see what it tells you to change and adjust from there.
