i’m pretty sure i have bimaxilliary dental protrusion it fucks up my side profile

which means i probably have to get 4 premolars extracted but i hear a lot of people saying it ruined their face

i have severe fhp though so i don’t know if that’s what fucks up my side profile would it be retarded to get this done without at least fixing that and leaning out

i need ceph imaging first to confirm it’s dental, but if i get mse i’d have to pair it with decompensation to actually address the protrusion, mse would create space for it, my midface is already kind of flat so extraction and retraction would ruin me

U cant fix an overbite or underbite with mse

don't. try to create space some other way like through palatal expansion or braces. if you're desperate look into getting IPR w/ distalization of the molars
