Before we get started, the coolpill is not a replacement for true looks, rather it's a subset of appeal that enhances normie looks and can ascend certain (VERY few) normies to Chadhood.
Certain faces simply look charismatic and cool, while others don't. A guy can be worse looking than another guy but look cooler. This adds to a guy's appeal.
Let me show you guys a chart of examples made by @StrangerDanger, the normies are all largely in the same looks bracket (I consider the distinction between LTN, MTN and HTN largely pointless outside of being used to stroke your own ego) and the GL guys are all GL enough to get any woman they want (5.5+psl)
However, as you can see certain normies simply look cooler than other normies and even cooler than some chads. Does this mean they have more appeal than those chads? No, of course not. But a cool looking LTN can easily mog an uncool looking HTN. Cool aesthetics is what earns you respect from men, not looks.
Lets take an example of an uncool looking chad vs a cool looking chadlite.
The Chadlite's appeal has been elevated to be equal to that of Chico's simply because he looks badass and Chico does not. And furthermore, he is infinitely more impressive to men than Chico because of how cool he looks.
But VicMackey??? What is cool looks?? Well, simply put, it's effortlessness. Looking good in an intangible way that is not tryhard, a PSL LTN with cool features can look decent or even good to normies.
Now obviously a cool looking normie can't mog a chad, right? Well no, it's extremely rare and you have to be 99th percentile cool looks and you can only mog Chads who are sub-50th percentile coolness. Take for example, the coolest looking man of all time:
Kiefer Sutherland.
He easily mogs a sub 50th percentile coolness chad such as Chico, Justin Bieber or Chris Zylka.
Obviously ideal looks is being a cool looking Chad, but that's extremely rare because Chads look tryhard by nature. But when one does come up: Maher, Teixeira, Somerhalder after his implants. You get animals that wreak havoc on the sexual market.
