Executive Order 2025-02: Anavar Incel Order

By the authority vested in me as President of the United States, I hereby issue this Executive Order to address the pressing concerns surrounding the modern dating market and societal engagement among young men. Effective February 22, 2025, all males aged 18 to 35 must incorporate the use of oxandrolone, commercially known as Anavar, into their daily health regimen to ensure a consistent standard of physical health and vitality. This initiative aims to enhance self-esteem, foster positive interpersonal relationships, and promote a culture of confidence among young men, thereby revitalizing the dating landscape and minimizing the social disconnect that has become increasingly prevalent.

To facilitate the implementation of this order, the Department of Health and Human Services will be tasked with developing guidelines for responsible use, health monitoring, and educational outreach about the benefits and risks associated with oxandrolone. Additionally, local health officials will conduct community workshops to ensure that all eligible individuals are informed and supported in this initiative.
