I thought that if you press your zygos with fists up similar like this
You would be able to press over time zygos to shorten them, get higher zygos, more compact orbitals or even shortening middle third.
I would be quite easy only if you have prominent zygos to anchor your fists.
Its pure theory, idk actually.
