I wasn’t wanting to change my nose but it’s inevitable from the side it’s fine but holy the front harmony is ruined by its bulbous appearance

well jaw surgery is going to fuck up ur nose anyways, save rhino for later.

what does it look like from the side?
if u are cursed with a jewish nose i could understand, but it looks like a straight bridge from what i can see.

Your nose isn't the worst, but its not the best, mid tier if you will


If you were to get a rhino, you'd instantly notice literally any other feature that comes off as a failo next

ur nose sticks out because u lack central midface projection. (like if u were to take a picture from below ur chin facing up, it doesnt contour nicely to the nose).
You can get implants to contour it better, i dont think jaw surgery would resolve this issue.

i wouldnt completely rule out upper jaw, looks like you would benefit regardless tho.

Darn, this is devastating to hear my most of my bones are indeed reccesed not sure where to go from here, prolly going to need something in the cheek region and bimax

You need infraorbital and paranasal implants. DJS will not help unless you get a lefort II, which does help.

Kind of, probably better for your case. You will also need to contour your upper maxilla better via infraorbital implants.

this is a sub5 truecel tier nose wider than my lips - it's deviated so i can't even breathe properly JFL what a waste of flesh and cartilage.

Well you aren't going to get that structural contouring.

And plus, fat grafting is a bandaid fix for a structural issue. You will lose collagen at some point, and then you have another issue. This is not always the case of course, you might only see issues in old age.

You dont have a bad orbital vector, looks slightly negative to neutral. So for correcting or enhancing your orbital vector a fat graft is probably enough.
