Bleach your teeth with hydrogen or carbamide peroxide in moulded trays.

Clear youthful skin. Solutions include microneedling, photorejuvenation, tretinoin, isotretinoin. You need to cleanse and moisturize too.

Clothing : find a youthful niche like eboy, badboy, partyguy etc (underrated)
Accesories : rings, chains and bracelets.
Earrings can work in the right niche but will look tryhard and gay if ure ugly.
Tattoos can also work very well in the right niche.
Body : imo lean with wide shoulders, thick neck and generally athletic looking body and not bulky is the ideal.
