As we know everybody says to eat healthy, workout and have a healthy lifestyle overall to prevent balding! But what I personally find stupid is telling people to workout, if u have a healthy lifestyle u will, indirectly have a good hormonal production, so if u go to the gym and have decent workouts u will have more testosterone than as ur previous version of yoruself, not by much, but it's still an improvement! This will give u more DHT too, which u don't want if ur hair follicles are sensitive to DHT.
Many people advise against the use of alchool, but my question is why?Ocasionaly taking benzos for people who want to become low inhib or getting drunk could be good as u mess up ur hormonal production and it takes some time to be fresh again!If u are decently fit and have a good diet, alchool won't do shit if u don't exaggerate by consuming it multiple times a week like a pig!Some people will say "but alchool inhibits absorption of nutrients".And what?Can't u give ur body more vitamins and minerals than the RDIFocus on getting most micronutrients from diet and if u rly can't, take a good multivitamin to make sure u have more vitamins and minerals than the RDI and let's not forget that if u workout a lot u will sweat more which will make it almost imposible to get an optimal amount of vitamins and minerals!Also focus on trace minerals such as boron, but take only 3mg, we don't want to make hormonal production the best, but we also don't want to be deficient, we want to make sure we aren't deficient in anything!If u really want to workout, I would see long distance running or endurance training to be better, but sport will just make getting all the RDIs for vitamins and minerals a lot harder, again we aren't optimizing hormones here, we try to prevent balding, also add ketoconazole 2% shampoo as much as 4 times/week, as much as ur hair can tolerate it and keep it at least 10minutes.What I am advising should be done if u suspect u can go bald, not when u have norwood 7 jfl.The derminator could also help, it's not very well researched if microneedling can cure androgenic alopecia, but it's the best to use them when u already have hair, not when u start to lose hair!If u do all of this to prevent and nothing works ofc fin+minox should do the trick or even dut in more severe cases!If u take dut+minox+ru58841+ketoconazole 2% shampoo + derminator 2 and u still lose hair u might as well take a rope to make ur stack better
