Preventing MSE IPD increase?

I've been really interested in MSE recently as it would benefit my zygos and my creepy narrow dental arch.
Only problem is that my eyes are already close to being too far apart.
Can I risk MSE at 18 for the other benefits, or is it not worth ending up with eyes on the sides of my head?

I want to add a photo but it seems like that's not possible anymore on mobile sorry

Wider the zygos closer the eyes seem

IPD gains from MSE are nonexistent and is just cope for narrow-eyedcels. You will instead See results in byzygomatic width, mouth width, and ofc IMW.

What is your IMW? If you already have a wide palate results outside of the mouth region will be minimal

MSE will help you greatly. Use it with Sandra Kahn's facebow if your maxilla is recessed

Ideally the Bow. Most facemasks push the mandible backwards by using the chin as an anchor.
