Preventive Balding Methods?

in my opinion , Only start minoxidil and Finastride once you actually start to see yourself balding because its a life time commitment. start with dht blocking shampoo and natural oils to promote hair growth .

You clearly don't know anything. Minoxidil is a vasodilator and is take orally to lower blood pressure, which will affect heart rate.

Because if their rate of balding is slow using small doses of fin will slow it down by a significant amount. OP asked for preventative methods, and fin works the same as low as doses of 0.2 mg.

I don’t know how effective the 3 day a week application is though since Fin accumulates in the body but there’s anecdotal evidence that it leads to less sides

Minxodil is a vasodilator. it decreases blood pressure. The heart compensates for low bp by increasing heart rate.

btw, shaving your hair makes it grow back thicker. Maybe thats a good way to prevent baldness.
