I took way too much of that shit on a empty stomach deadass felt like a greenout got dizzy asf felt my heartbeat in my ears then absolutely fucking destroyed my curl pr multiple times while fasted I feel like a psycho rn fighting for my life but also like im finna throw up 10/10 get on this shit if youre cutting

Pre-workout is cope. Electrolytes are what you'd want. Black coffee if you need a little extra boost, but too much caffeine isn't good either. Sodium bicarbonate/baking soda is also pretty cheap and can reduce lactic acid build-up.
