Lefort 1 + angle implants on my right jaw due to a deformities + fat grafting on the right cheek+ right zygo implant

i was born with goldenhar syndrome so might be cooked but this surgery should do a lot of the heavylifting

basically need to fix asymmtry

WILL BE POSTING RESULTS OF THE SURGERY AFTERWARDS
TOTAL COST WITHOUT INSURANCE: 36K+

after insurance covers i'll probably be paying close to 15k probably
