Part 2. High Meat (Bacterial Farm) + Cholesterol/Sat Fat = Enzymatic Resurrection
High meat is simple:
Buy as much liver and any other organ you can get your hands on (even if it takes hours or weeks of annoying and convincing the farmer). Say whatever you can. Make up a disease. Lie. The end justifies the means.
Slice into small bite-sized chunks and place them into sealed glass jars in a room temp/warm environment. Open frequently to keep bacteria coming in and multiplying.
When you have AT LEAST 30–50 jars (less if jars are big), and they’ve been sitting for weeks, that’s when you BEGIN your new meal regimen. Bacteria + predigested tissue is your new digestive protocol.
You can take even a free-range chicken from the farmer (even if it ate organic grain), chunk it, jar it, and make it high meat. Everything can be turned living again.
Your goal should be to introduce so much bacteria and microorganisms into your body that you literally feel like you are being powered by fucking batteries and want to tell strangers what you eat so they don’t die of disease.
Part 3. Enzymes, Bile & Acid Are LITERALLY BUILD from Cholesterol + Saturated Fat
Cholesterol is the base ingredient for literally everything.
If you’re not prioritizing saturated animal fat from brain, egg yolks, caul fat, kidney fat, & marrow fat, you are not going to produce healthy shit in the form of actual waste. You are going to shit out partially/undigested food. And that’s just how it’s going to be.
If you want to STOP having issues, you must prioritize bacteria, pre-digested food, saturated fat, and most importantly… CHOLESTEROL.
To this day, I consume 15,000-20,000mg of cholesterol per day. Also, my testosterone level used to be around 300 which is fucking ridiculous. Now it’s at a stable 1250.
Stop sterilizing your mouth. Stop brushing your teeth like a modern sugar-consuming lab rat. Eat naturally, but slow. Eventually you’ll FEEL what I’m saying is true and then you’ll keep going.
Part 4. Your Ratios for THE RESURRECTION OF YOUR DIGESTIVE TRACT AND BRAIN.
Eat like this:
80% high meat (ideally 80% organs, 10% chicken muscle, 10% beef muscle)
20% fat (only fresh brain in the beginning) (Ideally 60% muscle fat, 20% kidney/organ fat, 20% egg yolks)
Then slowly raise fat by single percent steps until you’re at 40–50% fat.
DO NOT drink water with your meal. Only drink the cleanest water 2+ hours later, and always LESS than you think you need. (When you violate this, you’ll feel the need to urinate directly after drinking water, which is bad news.)
Once your microbiome is clearly ALIVE again, and you feel a whole universe moving and living inside you, THEN start eating raw unfermented meat and marrow at 40–50% fat.
But still -> KEEP EATING HIGH MEAT (at least 10-20% of your diet). When you stop having digestive issues, that will mean that your micro biome is repopulating because they can and high meat long longer becomes necessary unless you want to get a micronutrient boost and feel high like you’re on drugs.
Part 5. Blood, Organs, & Real Assimilation
After 2–3 months of high meat, if your farmer is like mine, he will let you be there when they dispatch an animal. Drink straight from the jugular while it’s still warm and full of life. Nothing heals you faster.
I have been allergic to almost everything my whole life. Couldn’t process food. Always “full” because my digestion was failing. This is the ONLY thing that cracked it open.
Blood from a jugular is absorbed like air. Not congealed blood. I mean LIVING blood. Drink until you feel FULL.
Then eat the brain (and eyes (at least the juice))AS SOON AT IT IS FREE FROM THE ANIMAL’S SKULL. Then, hours later when hunger returns, eat the liver.
At this point, you will wake the fuck up. Acid will return and you’ll be producing enzymes like a factory. Bacteria will thrive inside you and actually have something to live for, rather than being isolated, extinguished, no new friends, and punished for being alive. If I was your bacteria, I would commit suicide.

Everyone must STOP thinking dairy is required for calcium. I’m surprised to see Sv3rige eat the meat off bones and throw them away. It is sad. Your bones are made of bone matter. Eat bone matter.

If you are afraid to chew bone, even though your teeth have 3x more hydroxyapatite than bone, making them 3x more dense, smash the bones with a heavy knife or a hammer. Your stomach acid will turn it into gelatinous paste and feed your skeleton.
