both are bad.

Eat carbohydrates and workout. Spike your insulin and hgh levels with the “juice”, sugar and carbs. Your body is not used to the primal diet, nor will it adapt to it. Milk, dairy, cheese are good.

Raw primal is malnutrition. You will just be a gutcel & miss out on facial and height gains.
