I have seen a tone of stuff on TikTok about eating raw meat and doing the primal diet and drinking raw milk. Does it actually do anything or is it cope? I’ve heard people say that raw milk and meat has way more vitamins and nutrients and will increase your test, but I’ve also heard a bunch of people say it’s retarded and that you will get salmonella.
