bro do you get gas when eating only eggs and milk? i eat 6 eggs every morning, where 3 of the yolks are raw, also drink 500ml milk, never get gas, and for primal, spam ruminant meat/organs, occasional pork/chicken (mett or chicken tartar or sum), also raw dairy and some low fiber fruits

it isnt supposed to make you gassy, have you ever checked if you have lactose intolerance?
if you did, over time the digestive system adapts to a higher fiber intake, so try to add some fiber (fruits) on your diet slowly

are you sure you're not eating too fast? sounds stupid but happens to me when i'm late and i devour my breakfast
