From the BB forums I was on they said absolutely after 20 so you don't get irreversible hormonal damage

However I know people recommend to start even later to avoid psychiatric damage

If you only care about physical health, if you do it after 20 ideally with a doctor watching over you you should be fine bro just take all the precautions
