  • To even make them edible, they’re blasted with solvents, bleaching, deodorizing — basically lab trash masquerading as “food.”



2. What happens in the body


  • Unlike saturated fats (stable, solid, resilient), PUFAs are chemically weak and unstable.
  • When you eat them, they get incorporated into your cell membranes. Instead of strong, stable structures, your cells are now built out of fragile, oxidized garbage lipids.
  • Oxidized PUFAs create lipid peroxides, which trigger inflammation, cellular damage, and metabolic dysfunction.
