Kefir
i believe eat fermented stuff like sauerkraut etc have a army theory is the correct one and just avoid multi ingredient only whole foods one ingredientI'm gonna have kefir with bfast, yakult randomly during day, plain greek yoghurt at night. Perhaps a tablet/gummy supplement as well.
Will different good bacterias obstruct each other or form a working army?
unnecessaryyogurt machine (they cost like 40 dollars)
I've made yogurt with crushed probiotic tablets before. One with "L. reuteri" I believe. You can find a free guide on google, you just need a yogurt machine (they cost like 40 dollars)
You need to eat fiber for the prebiotics to feed on to create postbiotics
Because some of the store bought stuff come with very little of that probiotic. You can 100x the amount. Unless you are already making it yourself. They already come with priobiotics so why tf would i do that
im skeptical on it but theres not a lot of research on probiotics
some think that the probiotic just dies before its even digested or whatever

Nah. The tablets have very little too. Using them in yogurt is what saves you money while multiplying the amount. So, the tablets I've gotten always have very little (they expect you to continuously buy their supply and such).May as well just swallow the tablets.

I just do it cause it's cost efficient.
Lmao no bro. I made batches a while back for fun. They take like 30 something hours to multiply to a significant amount, but the batches themselves last me like 1-2 weeks. But yea they legit multiply like curries though, you can have like 100 million in a tablet then with the yogurt it's like 900 billion (throwing out a number). They fuck and bred like curries within the two mins that i eat the yoghurt???

Either way, shit ton more.
Idk. Some of them have more or less the same (probably a couple hundred billion less actually, even at the highest), but they're kind of expensive. The cheaper ones have less. The reason making your own is less expensive is because when you make the first batch, you can store a bit from the original and continuously cycle new batches from the same one, at least if you do it correctly. Then why don't they do that in the store greek yoghurt that's sitting there for much longer?
