ProBiotics to help with Candida for Weight Loss!

I have Candida (an over growth of yeast in my colon). So people wouldn't believe me when I told them I'm only eating X amount of calories, I shouldn't be this heavy. Well Candida also makes it harder to get rid of fat and this is why I was having issues. I am taking 60 billion Strain Pro Biotics and i'm starting to notice a change in my metabolism where I am actually getting fitter and less fat. I really wasn't over eating! This is why I was so frustrated with it . If I had a normal gut bacteria I would have seen results earlier. So I am taking this, it is also decreasing my appetite. When you have Candida the overgrowth of yeast makes you crave carbs and other sugars . You have to starve it and replenish with healthy gut bacteria. Praise Jesus!
