What is the process before you can get established movements from a doctor? I want to possibly consult Ramieri/Alfaro for bimax but I want to get exact movements and proposals to compare to my local maxfac who will do it for free under insurance. Do you actually need to come into their office and schedule a surgery before getting this stuff?
