been a minute, last time I posted was 2 months ago. Been 
. Went from 215 5’9 to 180 5’9 still working to get down to a lower bf got a couple months before the summer.
Given up on my nose js gonna get a job and then rhino later in my life
Also kinda looks like i made no progress but since i see my face on a daily basis my zygos have def grown either cuz im losing weight or actually works.
any more tips?
Also No im not gonna shave the fucking stache thats the only hair i got on my face apart from my neck beard cuz my dads facial hair genetics are garb.
