grew a masseter and got leaner, yeah its better but not on thing that actually need buffs
start growing eyelashes and eyebrows,
lip quality is ass and bad assimetry
idk if you started yet but try sleeping on only 1 side of the bed for that
+ take care of acne and facial hair
